What We Do

Comprehensive, flexible support
built around each person.

Every individual is unique. Our programs are designed to flex around the real needs, goals, and strengths of each person we serve — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

24/7 in-home support for adults with developmental disabilities living independently or with family in St. Albert and area. Individualized Support Plans guide every step.

🚌

Mobile Community Supports

🧒

Family Services — Respite

Short-term in-home or out-of-home hourly support for children and youth (birth–17) with developmental disabilities, so families can recharge.

🌞

Youth Night Out & Summer Camps

Ages 10–17. Fun community-based programs designed to build friendships, independence, and self-confidence through shared experiences.

💼

Employment & Volunteer Connections

We work alongside adults to identify and secure meaningful employment or volunteering opportunities that match their interests and strengths.

🧠

Behaviour Consultation

Evidence-based behavioural strategies and consultation to support families and individuals — provided through FSCD agreements for children and youth.

What guides everything we do.

Our values aren't decorative words on a wall — they shape every conversation, every plan, and every interaction with the people and families we serve.

🌍

Diversity & Inclusion

We celebrate every background, ability, and identity. Everyone belongs.

🔗

Connection

Meaningful relationships are the foundation of a fulfilling life — we help build them.

🏘️

Community

We believe everyone deserves a place in the fabric of their local community.

🤝

Teamwork

Families, staff, and the people we serve — all working together toward shared goals.

🌱

Belonging

We create spaces where people don't just fit in — they truly belong.
